![]() You can leave and start back at the beginning of the loop you were on, so you won't have to start all over.Ĭonnect to Boktai If you insert Boktai or Boktai 2 into the GBA slot of your DS you can get one of two items. If you die at any point you'll be sent back to the beginning of that particular loop (level 1, level 11, level 21, etc). The layouts for these ten levels will stay the same, but the enemies will change as the levels get higher. The tower is a loop of 10 levels, followed by a boss fight. It's only accessible on the second play through, and it's an epilogue to the main story (even if you're early in your second play through). This shield can actually damage enemies when you counter attacks. It's in the Dark Castle Auguste in the part where you have to split up. See Walkthrough for more.īlue Spine: You can only get this on your second play through. Stun a golem on the switch and go across the path of spikes to grab this. East of the room with five exits near the start of the level, there's a pressure switch puzzle. Go west of there and you'll find the Red Cross, a shield that will restore a small amount of health when you successfully block an attack. Go back to 13th Street, and make your way all the way back to the beginning of the level, to the room with the practice dummies. To the south is a Ninja Suit and a Warrior's Ethic, and to the north is the Bomber. Go to the train level, and make your way to the boss-prep room before the big fight with Stoker's crab mech. Solar Gun Bomber: You'll get most of Aaron's weapons as part of the story, but this one is the exception. ![]() Eventually you'll find a small room with a green chest containing the Dark Scythe Hel. This sealed area has a lot of ice-sliding puzzles, but they're all self-explanatory. Keep working your way north and eventually you'll come to the elevator down to the ice cave. In the next area, ride the platforms to work your way around to the western exit on the north wall. You want all three to be set to ice, so just have Aaron shoot the middle one with an ice round. The next area will have a platform-riding part that will pass three elemental switches. About ¿ of the way through the level there's a fire block obstructing a west-leading exit. The puzzles down here are limited to some switch flipping, so we won't walk you through it all, but your ultimate prize will be the Dark Lance.ĭark Scythe Hel: After you've completed Chapter 3, return to the Old Culican Sewers. Tread lightly depending on your level this part could be a little dangerous. Beyond that room is the entrance to the Underground Ruins, a subterranean level of lava. ![]() This will lead to a mostly straightforward wing of the mansion, with one particularly obnoxious room where you'll need to memorize the pitfalls. Beyond this are a lot of purple wind blocks.
